- Graduates with a second-class Honours Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, or Third class Honours with an Upper Credit in Postgraduate Diploma, are eligible.
- HND holders with at least a credit in Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field can also apply.
3. Doctor of Philosophy Degree:
- Candidates must hold a first-class Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree with a Cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 5-point scale.
