The appeal was made during an advocacy visit by the Director of NOUN Bauchi Study Centre, Dr. Madu Galadima, to the NDLEA Command Headquarters in Bauchi.

According to the State Commandant, Mr. Ali Aminu, setting up a study centre within the agency would enhance NDLEA’s drug rehabilitation campaign by promoting education and awareness among rehabilitated drug users. He emphasized that education remains a powerful tool for behavioural change and relapse prevention among drug offenders.
