Nigerian Youths have expressed displeasure over the Scheme's denial of account upgrades for N70,000 minimum wage.

As earlier reported by MySchool News on Friday, August 10, 2024, NYSC clarified that no directive has been issued by the relevant government sector responsible for wages, making it impossible for the scheme to announce any such payment.

Olusola of Bauchi @aronvic98, posted, "You released a memo to threaten is, u took me from Lagos to the north and I didn't complain, I went there as a patriotic citizen. But u wouldn't increase the minimum wage despite the huge inflation in the country. We no go gree!!!"
