The Dean of the Faculty of Management Science at UNILAG, Professor A. A. Sulaimon, delivered an insightful Management Talk on the theme of “Teamwork and Performance Enhancement.” In a compelling presentation, he emphasized the critical role of collaboration within successful organizations.

“According to Charles Clark Jr., the word ‘TEAM’ stands for ‘Together Each Achieves More.’ Indeed, it is through collective effort that we can accomplish meaningful and sustainable goals. A unified mindset, focused on clear objectives, distinguishes a Team from a mere Group. While a Group comprises individuals with disparate thoughts, a Team represents a harmonious convergence of diverse talents working toward a common purpose,” Professor Sulaimon asserted.
