Northwest University Kano Hosts 1st International Qur'anic Recitation Competition

Northwest University Kano is set to host the 1st International Qur'anic Recitation Competition. The event's opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Prof. Hafiz Abubakar Auditorium, Gidan Ado Bayero, City Campus, Kofar Nassarawa, Kano.

The competition will feature prominent dignitaries, including Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, Executive Governor of Kano State, as the Guest of Honour, and HRH. Sunusi Lamido Sunusi II, PhD, Entir of Kano, as the Royal Father of the Day.
