On Monday, October 14, 2024, the Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, welcomed a delegation from Avatar, the largest lithium mining company in Africa. The visit aimed to conduct a job fair focused on recruiting prospective graduates from the Department of Geology and Mining.
In her opening remarks, Professor Liman expressed gratitude to the Avatar team for choosing Nasarawa State University as the venue for this significant event.
