NSUK VC Receives New Faces Of The University, Tasks Them To Be Good Ambassadors

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman has tasked the new faces of the University to be good Ambassadors and role models.

The Vice-Chancellor gave the challenge when she received the first female Director of Socials of the Students Union Government (SUG) of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Precious Andrew and the new faces in her office on Tuesday 28th May 2024.

Professor Sa'adatu informed them that as the new faces of the University, they have a huge task ahead of them of projecting the image of the University in the best way possible as they have now assumed the role of NSUK Ambassadors.

The Vice-Chancellor urged them to use their new found roles to initiate humanitarian programs where they can use their offices to help less privileged students in the University to meet some of their pressing needs. She maintained that now they are celebrities and they should be seen offering some form of voluntary services

In her remarks, the Director of Socials, Precious Andrew informed the Vice-Chancellor that they were in her office to congratulate her and to also formally present the new Ambassadors to her for her motherly blessings. She pledged that they will work closely with the Vice-Chancellor to  achieve her set goals of entrenching and bringing back moral attitudes to students.

Among the new faces of NSUK, are James Favour, Miss NSUK, Usman Emmanuel, Mr. NSUK, Ulenda Esther, Miss Fresher SUG, David Gado Okah, Mr. Fresher SUG, Sandra Divine, Miss Peace Ambassador, David Josiah Caleb, Mr. Campus.

Others on the delegation were Daniella Thomas, Director of Social, Faculty of Law, Akila Sabi Jugulu, Director of Socials, Faculty of Environmental Science and Senator Agievye Kenneth Yunana, Chairman Committee on Socials from the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences.
