Babcock University has received the approval of the National Universities Commission (NUC) to commence seven new undergraduate academic programmes beginning from the 2022/2023 academic session, leading to the award of Bachelor of Science degrees monitored by myschoolnews.

Babcock University has received the approval of the National Universities Commission (NUC) to commence seven new undergraduate academic programmes beginning from the 2022/2023 academic session, leading to the award of Bachelor of Science degrees monitored by myschoolnews.

The programmes are domiciled in two new schools, which are the School of Environmental Studies, and the School of Engineering.

The new academic programmes are Architecture, Estate Management, Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Engineering.

The NUC also approved the University’s request for the commencement of Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s and PhD Degree programmes in Social Work.

Babcock University was the first private university in Nigeria to start operations and has consistently ensured seamless academic activities and a conducive learning environment since its inception in 1999. It currently has two colleges, 11 schools, a Teaching Hospital, and Heart and Cardiovascular Centre.
