This recognition celebrates Prof. Aluyor's exceptional commitment to fostering a technologically advanced educational environment at the university, evident in its teaching and learning practices.
The NUJ commended his unwavering determination, tireless work ethic, and passionate dedication to creating a thriving educational community.
Joining Prof. Aluyor in receiving recognition was the Commissioner for Roads and Bridges, Edo State, Engr. Ethan Uzamere, for his enormous contributions to societal development, Engr. Edosa Enwoghomwenma, Chairman of Ovia Southwest Local Government Area in Benin City, and Mrs Victoria Amu, an occupational therapist.
Upon receiving the award, Prof. Aluyor expressed profound gratitude to the NUJ for their steadfast commitment to societal duties and encouraged them to continue their efforts in upholding press freedom.
