The Director of NYSC South West Area Office II, Mrs. Francisca Olaleye, has called on staff at the Ogun State Secretariat and Area Office to maintain steadfastness, discipline, and dedication in their duties. Mrs. Olaleye made this appeal during a reception held at the State Secretariat in Abeokuta, where she expressed gratitude for the warm welcome she received and sought the support and cooperation of the staff.

Emphasizing her commitment to an open-door policy, Mrs. Olaleye encouraged staff members to contribute new ideas, stating that "no one has the monopoly of knowledge." She highlighted the importance of collaboration and innovation in achieving the objectives of the NYSC.

Addressing Corps Members, Mrs. Olaleye advised against staging protests for an allowance increase, reassuring them that their security and welfare remain a top priority for the NYSC Management. She assured them that the federal government would implement an allowance increase in due course.

In her welcome address, the NYSC Ogun State Coordinator, Mrs. Olayinka Diana Nasamu, praised Mrs. Olaleye as a leader with a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to excellence. She expressed confidence in the staff's ability to learn from Mrs. Olaleye's experience and extended her best wishes for the Director's new posting.
