According to reports, the drama began when the student in question was waiting in line for her ICT training session. Another young woman nearby suddenly opened her umbrella, unintentionally hitting the student. Offended by the incident, the student allegedly lashed out, telling the other girl, "It’s like your mum is mad."

This remark ignited a verbal spat between the two, escalating into a loud and disruptive exchange. Attempting to restore order, a female security officer intervened. However, the student, instead of calming down, reportedly became more confrontational. In response, the security officer slapped the student, further heightening the tension.
