OGITECH Rector Awarded as Polytechnic Rector of the Year 2024
Rector of Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, has been honored as Nigeria’s Polytechnic Rector of the Year 2024’. Despite receiving the award in absentia, Dr. Abiodun’s expressed his joy at attaining such recognition.

Dr. Abiodun Babatunde Oluseye, the Rector of Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, has been honored with the prestigious title of ‘Nigeria’s Polytechnic Rector of the Year 2024’. The award was presented by the esteemed African Education Monitor Magazine.
Dr. Abiodun expressed his gratitude for the recognition on his social media page. He wrote, “Grateful and humbled to have been awarded ‘Nigeria’s Polytechnic Rector of the Year (2024)’ by the African Education Monitor Magazine.”

Despite receiving the award in absentia, Dr. Abiodun’s expressed his joy at attaining such recognition. He continued, “Though I received the award in absentia, my heart is full of joy and appreciation for the tireless efforts of my management team, colleagues, friends, families and students who have worked diligently to make this achievement possible.”
