Osun State University Awards Scholarships to 29 Outstanding Students

Osun State University (OSU) recently awarded scholarships to 29 outstanding students across its faculties.

The scholarship awards were presented by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, and were sponsored by Osun Development Forum, Texas, USA, Egbado College Old Students’ Association 1993 Focus Group, and Engr. Sunday Olowu.

The Vice Chancellor highlighted the importance of scholarships, citing their role in breaking financial barriers, enhancing academic performance, reducing drop-out rates, and fostering human capital development and national progress.

The sponsors expressed their commitment to investing in the education of youths and transforming the lives of Osun residents. The event demonstrates the university's efforts to support students and promote academic excellence.
