The two-day event, themed “AI-Powered Digital Transformation Strategies,” aimed to equip participants with knowledge on leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning algorithms.

Seyi Akanbi, Director of Programmes at the American University of Technology, highlighted the conference's goal to empower participants and contribute positively to societal development. He emphasized the role of AI in modern life, citing examples like AI-generated responses in banking services.
Chairman of the Senate Committee on Aviation, Fatai Buhari, delivered a keynote address advocating for digital transformation in Nigeria's aviation sector. Buhari stressed the potential of AI and digital technologies to revolutionize operations and address industry challenges effectively.

Acting Registrar of the American University of Technology, Olubukola Adio, disclosed plans for the institution to offer fully tech-driven programs under a forthcoming Federal Government license.
