On September 5, 2024, representatives from the Rivers State Girl Guides joined forces with the Rivers State Scout Council and the Madonna University Alumni Association, Rivers State chapter, for a community health service road walk. This collaborative event, held in partnership with Medplus Pharmacy, supported a free two-day medical outreach program at the Port Harcourt Mall (ShopRite), Rumuomasi.

The road walk aimed to raise awareness about the importance of health and wellness in the community. Participants walked through the streets of Port Harcourt, engaging with residents and distributing informational materials about the upcoming medical outreach.

  7. Optical services (eye checks and free glasses)
  8. Dental services (teeth checks)
