Sen. Ichin Wavez Sughnen, the former Student Union President for the 2014/2015 session at the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, now Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, was honored with a prestigious award at the Student Leadership Summit held on September 29, 2024.
The summit, themed "Advocacy Through Social Media as Union Leaders," emphasized the essential role social media plays in enhancing advocacy efforts among student leaders. Sen. Sughnen’s significant contributions to student welfare and leadership were recognized, making him a standout figure at the event.
