Senator Natasha Condemns Abduction of Kogi University Students, Calls for Improved Security

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has strongly condemned the recent attack and abduction of students by gunmen at the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Describing the incident as "unfortunate and unacceptable," Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan expressed deep concern for the safety and well-being of the abducted students, emphasizing that innocent students should not be subjected to such heinous acts.

She urged security agencies to take swift action to ensure the safe release of the students and bring the perpetrators to justice. The Senator also offered her support and assistance to ensure the students' safe return and emphasized the need for measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

According to reports, nine students have been confirmed missing after the attack on Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTEC) Osara.
