SLUK Reaffirms Commitment to Partnership with NELFUND

Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa (SLUK) in Jigawa State has reiterated its commitment to partnering with the Nigerian Educational Loan Fund (NELFUND) to support Nigerian youths in pursuing their educational dreams.

The university's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Yakasai, emphasized the institution's dedication to continuing its partnership with NELFUND. He disclosed that a total of 2,792 students have benefited from NELFUND's loan program, receiving N74,549,000.

A team from NELFUND, led by the Executive Director Operations, Alhaji Mustapha Iyal, visited the university to strengthen partnerships, provide updates on the student loan program, and address implementation-related matters. The visit included an interactive session with students.

The NELFUND Executive Director commended the university for its cooperation and the Jigawa State Government for infrastructural development in the university.
