Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa Hosts Jigawa State House Committee on Higher Education

Sule Lamido University Kafin Hausa (SLUK) recently played host to the Jigawa State House Committee on Higher Education, led by Honourable Muhammad Abubakar Sa’id, representing Suletankarkar Local Government in the Jigawa State House of Assembly.

The Committee's visit aimed to assess the university's performance in relation to the 2025 Budgetary Provisions. During the visit, the Committee reviewed the university's financial records and inspected ongoing projects.

The Chairman of the Committee, Honourable Abubakar, expressed satisfaction with the university's practical approach to resource management. He pledged the House's full support in advancing the institution's development.

The Vice-Chancellor of SLUK, Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Yakasai, reiterated the university's commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement. He appreciated the Committee's oversight visit and support.
