TSU VC Congratulates Fresh Students at College of Education, Hong

The Vice-Chancellor of Taraba State University (TSU), Professor Sunday Paul Bako, attended the matriculation ceremony of the College of Education, Hong, an affiliate of TSU.

In his address, Professor Bako congratulated the 7,000 newly admitted students, describing them as "the fortunate few" who secured a spot out of over 27,000 applicants.

He emphasized that the students are ambassadors of TSU and would be guided by the same standards and expectations as students on the main campus. The VC assured them that the affiliate college's activities align with National Universities Commission (NUC) benchmarks and evolving higher education standards in Nigeria.

Professor Bako urged the students to remain focused, shun cultism and examination malpractice, and uphold discipline, dedication, and integrity. He noted that their academic journey is not just about acquiring a degree but also about shaping their future and contributing to national development.
