NATIONAL DIPLOMA /HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSING

Procedure for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) is as follows, click on this link https://conubth.edu.ng/nursing-nd-hnd/ to start your applications.

  • Candidate should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2024 JAMB
    1. Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O/level, WAEC and NECO.
    • Mathematics , English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing if UBTH College of Nursing was not first your first choice , UBTH, Benin City.

  • Candidates are to Pay Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only into UBTH REMITA  after creating profile as screening fees
    • Candidates are to upload the scanned document of the following documents to purchase the post UTME FORM
    • A copy of JAMB result slip
    • A copy of JAMB change of institution slip
    • A copy of WAEC/NECO results
    • A copy of Birth Certificate
    • A copy of Passport photographs
    • Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
  • Sales of Post UTME form will commence on 7th of June, 2024.
  • Post UTME Screening test will hold on Saturday 31st August, 2024 at 9am prompt.

  1. Upon admission, go to Jamb caps, pay the required fee and print your admission letter.
