UI Announces Hostel Accommodation Payment Process for Fresh Students 2023/2024 Academic Session

The University of Ibadan (UI) has outlined the payment process for hostel accommodation fees for fresh students enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic session. The payment window is open from May 23 to June 7, 2024.

UI Announces Hostel Accommodation Payment Process for Fresh Students 2023/2024 Academic Session

The University of Ibadan (UI) has released guidelines for the payment of hostel accommodation fees for fresh students enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic session. The payment window will be open from Thursday, May 23 to Friday, June 7, 2024.

To access the payment portal and view hall allocation guidelines, students are instructed to log on to the official UI student portal at https://student-portal.ui.edu.ng starting from 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 23, 2024.

Here are the steps for the payment process:

Logon to the Student Portal: Visit https://student-portal.ui.edu.ng and log in using your credentials.

View Hall Allocation: Navigate to the "My Profile" menu on your dashboard to view the Hall of Residence allocated to you.

Payment of Hall Fee: Click on "Fees" on the left menu bar, then select "My Fees" and choose "Hall Fee".

Proceed to Payment: Complete the payment process as directed.

Receipt Download: After the transaction is completed, click on "Fees", then "Transactions", and finally "view" to download or print your receipt.

Hall Room Allocation: Await notification from the Hall Warden regarding room allocation.

View Room Number: Return to the hall area of the registration portal when notified, click on "Forms", select "Hall" to view your Room number, and print a copy.

Present Room Number: Present the printed room number copy at the Hall or as directed by the Hall Warden.
