The University of Abuja has resumed full academic activities, thios move began on Monday, July 29, 2024, following the official conclusion of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike. 

In a statement addressed to students, Dr. Aisha Sani Maikudi, Acting Vice-Chancellor of UoFA, expressed appreciation for the patience and understanding exhibited by students during the strike. She acknowledged the significant impact the disruption had on students' academic progress and emphasized the university's commitment to facilitating a smooth transition back to regular academic activities.

Students are required to return to campus by the end of the weekend to prepare for the recommencement of lectures. Faculty members have been instructed to resume their full teaching responsibilities and provide necessary support to students.
