The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Professor Florence Obi, has addressed the positive impact of religious groups on campus, following a recent courtesy visit by the Association of Brotherhood Academic Scholars (ABAS) International.

Represented by Prof. Eno Grace Nta, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Obi commended the Brotherhood for their efforts in encouraging and sponsoring participation in conferences. She remarked, "We are happy when we see things done in the academia," highlighting the importance of such initiatives in fostering academic engagement and growth.
Moreover, Prof. Obi expressed gratitude for being honored as a keynote speaker for the forthcoming event and assured ABAS of her administration's willingness to collaborate with all faith groups on campus.
