UNICROSS Graduate Triumphs in Corpreneurship Competition, Bags ₦800,000 Prize

Mr. Gibson Effiong, a proud graduate of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), has clinched victory in the highly competitive Corpreneurship Competition held at the Kano State Camp of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Effiong emerged as the overall winner of the contest, which aims to nurture entrepreneurial skills among the youth. The competition, organized in collaboration with Unity Bank Plc, awarded Effiong a cash prize of ₦800,000 for his outstanding performance.

In a celebratory post on his Facebook page, Effiong expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Unity Bank Plc for the recognition and support. "Thank you, Unity Bank Plc, for the incredible honor of winning first place in the Entrepreneurs 2024 Batch B Corpreneurship Challenge and the ₦800,000 prize!" he wrote. He further conveyed his excitement about leveraging this opportunity to make a positive impact in his community.
Effiong’s achievement highlights the growing emphasis on fostering entrepreneurial talent among Nigerian youth, showcasing the potential for innovative solutions and positive change within the country.
