UNILORIN Graduates Ganiyat Bukola Abdulganiyu Achieves First Class Honours at Microbiology

Ganiyat Bukola Abdulganiyu has graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. Her undergraduate research focused on innovative strategies for discovering novel antibiotics to combat antimicrobial resistance.

Abdulganiyu's academic journey was marked by determination and resilience. She is a member of the Nigerian Society for Microbiology and the American Society of Microbiology.
