The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) is set to host a PhD thesis defence in the Department of Physiology, with Professor Frank Mojiminiyi from the University of Namibia serving as the external examiner.

Abraham Olufemi Asuku, a PhD candidate, will defend his thesis titled "Effects of 6-Gingerol-rich Fraction of Zingiber officinale on Mercury Chloride-induced Neurotoxicity in Male Wistar Rats."

The defence will take place on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM (West African Time) in the Postgraduate School Virtual Room, with Professor Mojiminiyi participating virtually.
