UNILORIN Strengthens Global Partnerships with China-Africa Consortium of Universities

The University of Ilorin has strengthened its global academic partnerships by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. This took place during the China-Africa Higher Education Dialogue, held from 5th to 7th September 2024.

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has further advanced its global engagement through active participation in the First Exchange Mechanism Conference of the China-Africa Consortium of Universities and the China-Africa Higher Education Dialogue. The conference, co-hosted by the China Association, is taking place from the 5th to 7th of September 2024.

The Vice-Chancellor of UNILORIN, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN, is in attendance, representing the university in discussions aimed at fostering stronger academic ties between African and Chinese universities.

As part of the university's commitment to expanding international collaborations, UNILORIN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power (NCWU).
