The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced the successful screening of 16,097 candidates during its 2024 Post-UTME exercise, held from Thursday, August 29, to Saturday, August 31, 2024. The major highlight of the exercise was the prompt release of results, according to Prof. Kamil Rauf, Director of the Computer-Based Centre (CBT).
In a statement issued via the university’s X handle (formerly known as Twitter) @UnilorinNGR, Prof. Rauf expressed satisfaction with the seamless conduct of the screening exercise. He attributed the success to the substantial material and human resources support provided by the university management under Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, SAN.

UNILORIN disclosed that candidates will be graded for admission based on three categories: aggregate UTME/DE score (50%), post-UTME score (30%), and five O’level grades (20%). The prompt release of the post-UTME results was made possible by the high level of technological innovation implemented by the university management.
The university announced that the results of the Post-UTME written on Thursday, August 29, are now available for students to check. The federal government-owned institution also provided information on how Post-UTME candidates can access their results.
