Emmanuel Peter, a 40-year-old lecturer at Muhammadu Buhari University's Department of Public Administration, has been reported missing from the psychiatric ward of Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital (MAUTH) in Yola.

He is In Dark complexion,Speaks Hausa, Marghi, and English languages also Suffering from psychotic disorder, seizure, and substance abuse addiction Abandoned his sick bed at MAUTH, Yola.
