UNIMAID Reaffirms Commitment to Collaboration with National Teachers Institute
The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has reiterated its dedication to collaborating with the National Teachers Institute (NTI), Kaduna, to drive national development. This commitment was emphasized by Vice Chancellor Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele during a courtesy visit by NTI's Director General, Professor Sadiya Sani Daura, on February 24, 2025.
Professor Mele expressed his appreciation for the visit and assured Professor Daura of UNIMAID's readiness to strengthen partnerships in nation-building. He acknowledged the importance of collaboration between the two institutions in promoting educational excellence and contributing to the country's development.
In response, Professor Daura congratulated Professor Mele on his appointment as the 10th Vice Chancellor of UNIMAID. She commended his efforts in fostering collaboration and strengthening ties with the university's affiliate college.
