UNIPORT Issues Urgent Notice Ahead of Their Upcoming Faculty Elections

The Management of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has announced her Faculty elections for the 2022/2023 & 2023/2024 academic sessions.

The Dean, Students Affairs of the University, Professor C. C Wokocha, has informed the concerned bodies and the whole students of the University that Faculty elections will commence on the 26th of August and em on the 30th of August.

Note the following:

1. All elections should start from 10am and end by 3pm.

2. Any form of violence will lead to an automatic cancellation of the elections of the concerned faculty.

3. Names of the Eleco of all Faculty must reach the office of the Dean of Students Affair on or before the 20th of August before the close of work.

4. All election complaints should be forwarded to the office of the Dean of Student Affairs.

5. All verification of CGPA must be done only by the Dean of Student Affairs and the Eleco.

6. All elections must be held in the faculty buildings, supervised by the Dean of Student Affairs, HODs, Staff Advisers and SUG representatives.

7. Any Faculty influenced externally will be cancelled.
