The University of Abuja Business School has formally matriculated 280 students into its postgraduate management programmes across multiple academic streams for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 academic sessions.

The ceremony, held at the Kado Campus, covered admissions into the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), Regular MBA (RMBA), and MBA Stream I programmes.

Addressing the matriculating students, the Vice-Chancellor of University of Abuja, Hakeem Babatunde Fawehinmi, charged them to prepare for leadership responsibilities in business, governance, entrepreneurship, policy formulation, management, and institutional development.

He urged the students to approach their academic journey with discipline, maturity, and strategic focus, noting that their training should translate into meaningful contributions to both national and global development.

The Vice-Chancellor further emphasized the importance of academic seriousness and professional conduct, stating that postgraduate business education is designed to build capacity for high-level decision-making and leadership roles.

In her remarks, the Director of the Business School, Munirat Yusuf-Habeeb, advised the students to uphold the institution’s standards by avoiding all forms of misconduct and maintaining strong ethical values throughout their studies.
