University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Invites Applications for Basic Nursing Programme

• Academic Requirements: Five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in WASC/NECO at not more than two sittings. NABTEB results are accepted but cannot be combined with WASC/NECO.
• Age: Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
• Health and Background: Candidates must not have hand deformities or any criminal record.

Application Process:

1. Payment: Pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000 through the REMITA platform. Payments should be made to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Schools Complex Revolving Fund Account.
2. Form Submission: Download the application form from the UITH website, complete it, and submit it along with two clear passport photographs and photocopies of credentials to the College Secretary, School’s Complex, University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Important Dates:

• Examination: October 28 and 29, 2024
• Oral Interview: October 30, 2024
• Resumption Date: November 18, 2024

Additional Information:

• Candidates should come to the CBT Centre for the entrance examination with the printed form and writing materials (no calculators or handsets).
• At the oral interview, candidates must present the original copies of their O’level results, birth certificate, and declaration of age from the National Population Commission.
