Official Communication:

In a letter addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, the Registrar, Ahmad A. Lawan, expressed concern over the students' failure to pay their registration fees for the last session. According to university regulations, non-payment of registration fees is considered as voluntary withdrawal from studies.

However, in a gesture of leniency, the University Management is granting the affected students an opportunity to settle their outstanding fees promptly. The Dean of the Faculty is urged to bring this information to the attention of the students concerned, ensuring they are aware of the grace period provided for fee settlement. The students are advised not to register for or release their results until they have cleared their outstanding fees for both the last and current academic sessions.
