University of Maiduguri Mourns the Loss of Final Year Student, Abdullahi Ibrahim

The University of Maiduguri community is saddened to announce the passing of Abdullahi Ibrahim, a final year student from the Department of Environmental Biology.

Abdullahi tragically lost his life on March 1, 2025, following a motor accident that left him in a coma. He was laid to rest at the Damaturu Cemetery, in accordance with Islamic traditions.

The university extends its deepest condolences to Abdullahi's family and friends during this difficult time. May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him eternal peace.
