Addressing the scholars, the Chairman of the Ndili Foundation, Dr. Amaechi Ndili, echoed the theme "To Whom Much is Given, Much is Expected." He challenged the beneficiaries to see their education as a tool for societal service rather than personal escape, stressing the moral obligation that comes with such an opportunity.

The Director of Academic Planning, Prof. Anthony Attama, further cautioned the students against seeking shortcuts, reminding them that their discipline today will define their lifelong contributions.
