The University of Nigeria's (UNN) Student Union Government (SUG) invites students and legal professionals to submit articles for the annual Cicero publication, focusing on the theme 'Amicus Curiae'.

The Judicial Council of the Student Union Government at the University of Nigeria is inviting submissions for the annual Cicero publication. This call for articles opens opportunities for students at the University of Nigeria, as well as other non-UNN students and legal professionals across Nigeria, to contribute their insights on contemporary legal issues.

Theme: Amicus Curiae - "We Can Be Friends of the Court"

Submissions are sought in the following categories:

- Legal Articles: Maximum of 1,500 words

- Prose: Maximum of 1,000 words

- Poems: Limited to one page

- Fun Facts, Trivia, and "Did You Know" Snippets: Limited to half a page

Submission Guidelines:

- All works must be typed in a Microsoft Word document, using Times New Roman font, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing.

- PDFs will not be accepted.

- Content must be original; no AI-generated or plagiarized work is allowed.

- The deadline for submission is May 20, 2024.
