Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, has directed all undergraduate students of the 2023/2024 session to vacate university hostels by November 19, 2024, with an option to apply for extended stay.

Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), through an internal memorandum dated November 12, 2024, has announced that all undergraduate students residing in the university hostels must vacate by Monday, November 19, 2024.

According to the memo from the Office of the Vice Chancellor's Student Affairs Division, students who wish to extend their stay may apply for an extension by writing to the Dean of Student Affairs. Applications are to be submitted to the Dean's Office, Student Affairs Division.

The notice, signed by Dr. Tukur M. Mukhtar, Deputy Dean (Hostel), emphasizes that failure to comply with the directive will lead to a forced eviction from the hostel.
