Yobe State University Students Union Government Announces Standardizes Dues

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of Yobe State University has announced the standardization of students' union dues, following a meeting with representatives from various unions, faculty presidents, departmental presidents, and clubs/associations.

 

Effective immediately, the standardized dues are as follows:

 

- Departmental dues: ₦1,500

- Faculty dues: ₦500

- Associations/Union dues: ₦500

 

Students are advised not to pay more than the stipulated amounts. Any attempts to collect excess fees should be reported to the SUG immediately.

The SUG President, Yunusa Abdullahi Barde, emphasized the organization's commitment to prioritizing the interests of students. The standardization of dues aims to promote transparency and fairness in the collection of fees.
