Ambrose Alli University (AAU) has launched the IMPACT 7 digital platform to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to students, alumni, and the university community.
The platform tackles challenges related to prompt attention and transcript issuance, enabling swift processing of large volumes of requests within 48 hours and eliminating bottlenecks and errors through feedback mechanisms.
According to Dr. O.M. Iniaghe, Acting Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), "The IMPACT 7 Digital Platform resolves the challenges of prompt attention and transcript issuance. We can now handle large volumes of requests within 48 hours."
Alumni will receive real-time email updates on transcript and WES verification requests, from application to dispatch, eliminating the need for third-party checks. To utilize this service, applicants simply need to provide their correct personal email during the application process.
Dr. Iniaghe explained, "The moment your application is received, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process until delivery."
This initiative aims to restore confidence among alumni, the public, and the university community, ensuring swift satisfaction of service requests. For updates on submissions prior to November 1, 2024, alumni can email transcripthelpdesk@aauekpoma.edu.ng.
This development aligns with AAU’s commitment to improving transcript processing times, as evidenced by their reviewed transcript issuance policy. With the IMPACT 7 digital platform, AAU Ekpoma reaffirms its dedication to efficient service delivery.
