The Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH) has issued employment letters to newly recruited medical and healthcare workers.

The management invites all new personnel to undergo pre-employment medical examinations and investigations at the Occupational Health Clinic, RSUTH. Required tests include:

- Chest X-ray

- Hepatitis B and C screenings

- Baseline Full Blood Count (FBC)

- Electrolytes, Urea, and Creatinine (EUCr)

- Liver Function Tests (LFT)

- Urinalysis

- Baseline Thyroid function tests (for those working with ionizing radiation)

New staff will receive RSUTH Payment Tellers for these examinations.
