The management invites all new personnel to undergo pre-employment medical examinations and investigations at the Occupational Health Clinic, RSUTH. Required tests include:
- Chest X-ray
- Hepatitis B and C screenings
- Baseline Full Blood Count (FBC)
- Electrolytes, Urea, and Creatinine (EUCr)
- Liver Function Tests (LFT)
- Urinalysis
- Baseline Thyroid function tests (for those working with ionizing radiation)
New staff will receive RSUTH Payment Tellers for these examinations.
The newly employed medical staff expressed gratitude to Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, for this opportunity after years of unemployment. They pledged to diligently fulfill their duties.
