Abia State Polytechnic Aba's Rector, Dr. Christopher Okoro, expressed solemn condolences to the family of Miss Ezekiel Mary Ogechi, a student tragically killed in a recent auto accident near the school premises. The incident, which claimed the life of the promising Accounting graduate, has sparked a commitment from the institution's leadership to prevent such tragedies in the future.
Dr. Okoro, who assumed office only three weeks ago, pledged to implement stringent measures to enhance traffic safety around the Aba-Owerri road, where the accident occurred. Additionally, plans are underway to relocate the campus to a safer location, ensuring the well-being of students and staff.
