Spearheaded by the Office of the Most Beautiful Queen in Abia, Miss Culture, HRM Queen Chizaram Goodluck, in partnership with the Office of the Vice President, Students Union Government (SUG), ABSU, and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Abia State, the event is themed "Say No to Drugs."
