In a proactive move against the scourge of drug abuse, Abia State University (ABSU) is set to host a collaborative initiative aimed at addressing this pressing societal issue. Spearheaded by the Office of the Most Beautiful Queen in Abia, Miss Culture, HRM Queen Chizaram Goodluck, in partnership with the Office of the Vice President, Students Union Government (SUG), ABSU, and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Abia State, the event is themed "Say No to Drugs."

Scheduled for February 21, 2024, at the ABSU campus in Uturu, the initiative is designed to raise awareness about the detrimental effects of substance abuse and provide essential support to individuals struggling with addiction.
