In a celebration of intellectual prowess and community spirit, Abia State University (ABSU) recently kicked off its Student Week with a thrilling Spelling Bee Competition at the Umuahia Campus Extension. Organized by the Director of Welfare at the Student Union Government (SUG), Comr. Dimkpa Donald, the event drew enthusiastic participation from students across various disciplines.
The lively competition saw students engaging in a friendly battle of words, showcasing their spelling skills amidst cheers and encouragement from fellow peers. Notable figures within the ABSU community, including Comr. Joshua Ensinwoke who served as the host, SUG President Comr. Chinenye Chidirim, and FNS Coordinator in Umuahia Campus, Comr.
