ABU Partners with Jilin Agricultural University for Joint Research and Academic Excellence

Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jilin Agricultural University, China, to foster collaborative research, academic exchanges, and joint academic reports.

The MoU, effective September 5, 2024, is valid for five years and may be extended or renewed by mutual agreement. Notably, it does not create legally binding obligations, with specific arrangements to be documented in separate agreements.

ABU's Senate congratulated the university on this development during its 540th (Regular) Meeting on September 26, 2024.

This partnership follows similar collaborations between Nigerian and Chinese universities, such as the University of Ilorin and Southern University of Science and Technology.
