Acting COOU VC Bags Award of Excellence
The Acting Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikwe University Awka, Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha Fnipr, has been bestowed with the prestigious Award of Excellence by the Directorate of International Collaboration and Linkages.

In a ceremony held on Thursday, 1st February 2024, the Acting Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha Fnipr, was bestowed with the prestigious Award of Excellence by the Directorate of International Collaboration and Linkages at Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
The award was presented by Prof. Uche Collins Nwogwugwu, the Director of the Directorate, who commended Prof. Omenugha for her outstanding lecture delivered on August 31, 2023. According to Prof. Nwogwugwu, the lecture significantly contributed to the elevation of the Directorate's standing, showcasing the Vice Chancellor's exemplary reputation and profound knowledge in the academic field. He further acknowledged Prof. Omenugha's inclusion in the International Honour role of the Directorate.
