Adams International College Oshodi recently held its annual Awards Ceremony, celebrating students who demonstrated exceptional academic performance.

The event, hosted in the college’s grand auditorium, highlighted the dedication of its top scholars. Adams Adebola, the principal and owner of the school, praised the students for their perseverance and achievements.

“Today we are celebrating those who have excelled in their studies and set a standard of excellence for their peers,” Adebola said.

In his address, Adebola emphasized the event's focus on academic excellence. “In a world that often celebrates entertainers and dancers, we have chosen to honor academic excellence. We awarded three hundred thousand naira to the best student and two hundred thousand naira to the first runner-up. All the parents were excited, and we were thrilled to bring smiles to these children’s faces today. The goal is to show that there is always a reward for hard work,” he stated.

The ceremony featured a variety of awards across different disciplines. Eyinle Adedolapo, the top student, received three hundred thousand naira. Adedolapo shared her experience, saying, “My time at Adams College has been transformative. I used to think I was mediocre, but with encouragement, hard work, and God’s grace, I have achieved this. A big thank you to Adams College.”

Onwuatelo Joy, awarded one hundred and fifty thousand naira, said, “I feel super happy. I never expected this much. A big thank you to Pastor Adams for this surprise.”

Eyinle Adedayo, who received fifty thousand naira, remarked, “Today we are being recognized for achieving high marks in our JAMB exams. I feel really elated and grateful to Adams College.”
