Ahmadu Bello University Sports Alumni Donate Kits to Alma Mater

Members of the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Sports Alumni Association have donated sporting kits to their alma mater, citing the institution's role in nurturing their sporting talents.

The donation, made during a visit to Vice-Chancellor Prof. Adamu Ahmed, includes two sets of football jerseys, eight footballs, eight basketballs, six volleyballs, and five pumps.

Leader of the delegation, Mr. Yunana Midat, stated that the alumni's sporting ideas and talents were developed at ABU, prompting their decision to give back. Many members represented the university at the Nigerian Universities Games Association (NUGA). 

Prof. Ahmed, a sportsman of international repute, expressed gratitude for the donation and announced that ABU has been chosen as one of the country's sports centers of excellence. He assured the sports community of improved representation at subsequent NUGA games.
