All the newly admitted students of the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic is hereby informed that the Management of the Polytechnic has announced her matriculation ceremony for the 2023/2024 academic session.

This information was contained in a memo that was signed and released by the Polytechnic Registrar, Godswill E. Udofah, MNIM. The memo was released made available on the Polytechnic's official Facebook page on Tuesday, 12th March, 2024.

2023/2024 MATRICULATION

I am directed to inform all registered students (NDI Full-Time/Akwapoly Consult) and indeed the Polytechnic Community that the 29th Matriculation holds on Thursday, 21st March, 2024 in the Polytechnic Convocation Ground by 11.00am.

Please note that only students who have paid fees and registered in their respectively Departments would be allowed to take part in the Ceremony.

By copy of the circular, Heads of Departments are requested to collect Academic Gowns from the Central stores for distribution to the matriculating students from Friday 15th - Wednesday, 20th March, 2024.

All the affected students should note that they have ALREADY PAID for the gowns.

All Matriculants are requested to sign the Matriculation Registers at the Office of their Deans of Schools after the Matriculation.
